News Virginian – August 31, 2020: “Local Elementary School Counselor Publishes First Children’s Book.” I loved being able to represent school counselors and the work we do!
During our quarantine that began in March 2020, I immediately wanted to find a way to give back to my community. I created a free “Going on a Bear Hunt” scavenger hunt printable for my neighbors to use as they searched for plush bears hidden around our community. I posted the Bear Hunt freebie in my Teachers Pay Teachers store, and it was featured in two local newspapers:
